what...my mom never told me i couldn't play with my food :)

Wanting to eat something different for dinner, i pulled out my recipes and searched for something i hadn't made in a while... Chile Chicken Posole it was! It wasn't till after dinner was ready that i remembered that i had taken a few shots of this meal the very first time i made it, 9 months ago. So i had to, of course, take a few shots of today's dinner. The soup was still as yummy, but my work has definitely changes a bit.... what a camera upgrade and 80+ sessions will do in a matter of 9 months. I still have a long way to go though. :)

Katie & Mike

Since i have had 2 or 3 of my images reported/flagged by someone on my facebook page and have been warned that they could take away my page if they it is reported again i thought i would just take the safe route and post the rest of the images from Katie and Mike's beach session on my blog. 

Waking up at 4:30am was not so easy, especially for a night owl like myself, but it was well worth it! It was breathe taking to capture the love between these two all the while the sky is lit up with the most amazing colors! We definitely had a blast out there even though it was 60 degrees or so!! LOL :P 

GRRR to you Facebook!!

Not quite sure what is going on with Facebook or why it has decided to revoke me of my uploading privileges. It says that i uploaded images that were inappropriate but i did no such thing.
but when i tried to log on a few minutes ago i received this lovely little greeting :

"Because you uploaded photo content that violates our policies, you won’t be able to upload photos for 7 days.

After this 7-day block is lifted, please make sure any photos you upload follow Facebook’s policies. If you have other photos on the site that violate our policies, be sure to remove them immediately or you could be blocked from uploading content for a longer period of time"

I understand that sometimes not everyone is going to like my work, but REALLY!! to get me banned from uploading, come on now!! This normally wouldn't bother me but within the next 7 days i have 6 sessions and a wedding that i now will not be able to post sneak peeks the night of the session/wedding. This is something i really like to do for my clients because after having their session they really look forward to it and Facebook makes it super easy and convenient to show off these sneak peeks and tag my clients in those images! :(

I guess i will just be using my blog to post sneak peeks for right now until Facebook decides to be nice again... lol

I've seen way worse then this on Facebook!!! but oh well, no use in crying over spilt milk! I'll just keep doing what i love to do!! :)

Piloto Family :)

This is the second time I've had the pleasure of shooting this adorable family!! Jennifer and  Leo are such genuinely nice and easy going people, so shooting them is a breeze! And little Adrian is a complete STUD MUFFIN! So glad i got to see smiles out of Mr. serious this time around! :)

Princess Lizzie ♥

This little girl stole my heart!! Not only was she stinkin cute but she was so smart and fun to shoot! Especially when she would randomly scream "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" hahaha!

This family was as sweet as sugar and such good sports even though the day was soooo windy and chilly!! And little Gavin was such a cutie!! :)
